Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below is everything you need to know about how and when we ship your books.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship to locations within the United States and select international destinations.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

• Media Mail (USPS): 3–7 business days

• Priority Mail (USPS): 1–3 business days

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping:

• Standard International: 7–21 business days

• Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, postal delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total package weight and the selected shipping method. The information below applies to domestic orders within the continental United States.

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $45 (domestic only).

• Express Shipping is available on all order types.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or vacation periods.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships (including tracking information).

Tracking information can be input on the shipping company's respective website or within Shop.

If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

We’ll investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If necessary, we’ll offer a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

Packaging

We ship all books in protective bubble mailers or corrugated boxes to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel an order up until you receive a notice that your item(s) have shipped. Once the item has shipped, it can not be cancelled as it is traveling through the postal system to its intended destination.

We do accept returns up to 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, according to our Refund Policy.

Once a refund has been processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

There is no restocking fee for either cancellations or returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a wrong or damaged item)
