Return Policy

Thank you for shopping from Preston Lingle Media! We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel an order until you receive a notice that your item(s) have shipped. Once the item has shipped, it can not be cancelled as it is traveling through the postal system to its intended destination.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return at no additional cost.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging(if applicable).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital books (eBooks, audiobooks)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items (or items otherwise marked “final sale”)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item(s). If you need an exchange for any reason, please contact us at prestonlinglemedia@gmail.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase, along with a photograph acting as proof of the defective or damaged item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will only send a refund after the item is back in our possession and inspected. We will not send a refund prior to receiving the returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • There is no restocking fee for either cancellations or returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a wrong or damaged item).

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at prestonlinglemedia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If the return is due to our error, we shall provide the shipping label at no cost to you. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns.
